  • 10 ounces roasted cashews

  • 1.5 ounces nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp. onion powder


  • Combine all ingredients and process in a food processor, pulsing until the mixture has the consistency of good parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle on vegetables, flatbreads, soups, stews – anything!
